So I shot some macro's today and one of them popped out on my screen. I still learning to use LR5 and thought this would be a good photo to edit.
This is the SOOC, for people that don't know what it's mean... SOOC means Straight Out Of Camera. No editing just my watermark on it and finish! I'm a big fan of SOOC's if thery are great. And to be honest I don't think I had to edit this one, but I had the time and it's a perfect photo to learn editing, because you can't do anything wrong... it's already perfect (in my eyes). But that a matter of taste of course.
I'm a big fan of B&W and have some awesome presets in my LR. I use them a lot for the start and try to give it a bit of my touch. This preset is made by one of my dearest photography friends that I met in the first 365 project last year. Ana Rosenberg! She is an amazing artist and amazing with B&W. This is her Facebook PAGE!
So I used her preset and made took the grain out for a bit and put a bit more light in it on some places.
After I made the B&W edit I wanted to start all over and because it's winter I wanted to give the photo a bit of the look of a cold day. Winter feeling! More blue, less brown and pink. Gave the plant a bit more green and that's it! This is the result.
I know I have to choose one photo a day... but this time it's hard to choose only one. So I decided to put all three in the blog. Photo is made with the Lensbaby Sweet 50 Macro converters.
